Politician Wants to Punish Russian Women for Marrying Foreigners

The state should prohibit Russian women from marrying foreigners to preserve the precious gene pool from leaking, a State Duma deputy was quoted by Russian news agencies on Monday.

To keep Russian women from marrying abroad, a special law should deprive those who do so of their Russian citizenship and they should also be deported to their husbands' homeland, deputy Nikolay Kuryanovich, member of the Liberal Democratic Party, said.

In this way the deteriorating demographic situation in the country can be reversed, Kuryanovich said.

“Our women, the most beautiful in the world, leave the country, ruining our most precious thing — the gene pool of our country,” the deputy was quoted by Interfax as saying.

The law would also help protect the Russian people from alien influences, he said.

“When the foreigners assimilate in Russia and adjust to our conditions of life, they impose their ways, totally unfit for us (Russians),” Kuryanovich said.

Zhiri è un buffone e punto, di sparate ne ha fatte tante (es. i famosi ventilatori giganti che avrebbero dovuto sifonare scorie tossiche sui paesi baltici :-) ) ma poi di cose messe in pratica veramente pochine.

Anzi, il suo LDPR alla fine in aula ha sempre votato emendamenti proposti dal governo.. direi che è un oppositore a parole e una macchietta mediatica. Non andrà  molto avanti con questa sparata, credete a me.

Anche a me la mia ragazza mi ha detto la stessa cosa proprio ieri sera, ad ogni modo è la classica sparata del politico idiota ultranazionalista che cerca di accentrare le attenzioni dei fanatici con dicharazioni clamorose. Non credo che la Russia voglia tornare al medioevo dei diritti umani. La Russia ha moltissimi problemi da risolvere, ma non credo sia a questo livello.
