SP83 - Executive chef of Italian cuisine (Moscow)
Italian restaurant in Moscow is looking for executive chef of Italian cuisine.
Requirements:
Nationality: Italian;
Location: Russia;
Age - 25 to 45 years;
Experience - 3 years in the restaurant at the office of the chef;
Knowledge - Italian cuisine;
Foreign languages - English (Elementary / free) as an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Menu Development, quality control, training, staff management, supply chain management, logistics, recruitment, construction of all business processes and work within the company.
Personal qualities:
Communication skills, efficiency, accuracy; the ability to organize the work of staff, work with suppliers, the ability to develop and manage the restaurant project;PC user.
Working conditions:
The salary for a candidate based on interviews (from 4000 Euros);
Paid apartment;
Paid holidays (28 days to 14 days);
Schedule 5/2 or 6/1.
