ciao Mus, ti confermo che un cittadino russo necessita del visto per andare in svizzera, non dovrebbe servire se è solo di transito (tipo scalo aeroportuale).
non so dirti se il visto serve lo stesso se il cittadino è in possesso di un permesso di soggiorno italiano.

se vuoi andare in svizzera la persona deve fare il visto esclusivamente all'ambasciata svizzera in RUSSIA.

l'unico caso e' che il cittadino straniero abbia un permesso di soggiorno SUPERIORE AD UN ANNO.

cioe' per turismo o simili, non si puo'...DICI gia' che ci siamo facciamo un salto...no no...

la mia ragazza ce l'aveva di tre mesi ma non abbiamo potuto mettere piede in svizzera....

Cmq, il visto per la CH un cittadino russo lo puo' ottenere anche a qualsiasi consolato CH in Italia.
