Functions:
-We are looking for an individual with high potential and an international mindset to report to the Finance Director based in Moscow, Russia. The mission of the Finance and Administration Manager will be to coordinate and support the activities within the finance department, prepare and follow-up the financial and economical reports of the company located in Russia (P&L, Balance Sheet, taxes, etc.) in accordance with Group Policies to ensure the financial health of the company and to provide truthful and timely information about the business to the company and Group.
The functions will include but not be limited to:
Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of P & L budget and related reporting
Preparation of accountability and Balance Sheet
Contact with external auditors in the audit processing
Preparation of Management reports (sales, cash flow, working capital, etc.) as required
Coordination of data with Marketing & Sales in order to prepare reports for suppliers and/or clients
Budget control and in-depth analysis and diagnosis of identified deviations
Advise on corrective measures for identified deviations
Analysis and control of expenses, structure costs and other issues that influence margins and profitability
Resolution of inquiries from the Business Unit regarding the economic-financial impact of commercial or market projects and decisions
Coordination of monthly closing with relevant areas to guarantee reliability of information provided to Corporate Control Department
Requisiti
Titolo di studio minimo: Laurea specialistica (4-5 anni)
Esperienza minima: Da 6 a 10 anni
Requisiti minimi: Requirements:
At least 5 years as a Manager in a Finance and Administration Department
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
International mindset and experience in a multinational company
High level of analytical skills and organisational capacity
Leadership skills: ability to impact and influence others
Fluent English
