The Appeal of Mr. V. M. Okulov, General Director of “Aeroflot-Russian International Airlines”


Dear Passengers!

On August 22, 2005 Federal Service for Transport Supervision has suspended the operation of Ilushin 96-300 aircraft until some diagnosed construction and production defects are fixed by the manufacturer.

This decision compels Aeroflot-Russian International Airlines company to introduce some changes to the flight schedule as well as to replace the above aircraft with other types of vehicles on some airlines.

In this complicated situation Aeroflot will do its best to fulfill the obligations to the passengers. Please, accept in advance our apologies for possible inconveniences in connection with the flights' schedule changes. I rely on your understanding.

Visto che io parlo l'inglese come una manza spagnola.

Sono stati messi a terra gli Ilyushin IL96-300, aerei wide-body da trasporto passeggeri, questo tipo per intenderci:

perchè è stato rilevato un problema al sistema frenante e quindi Aeroflot smetterà  di usare tale aereo e ne da comunicazioni agli utenti.
